Mission - DRAFT

Augusta Salsa Club shall promote and develop the social salsa and Latin dancing community within the Augusta Area in a manner consistent with its Core Values.

Core Values - DRAFT

Neutrality - Any event sponsored or approved by the Augusta Salsa Club will be open and inviting to all dancers, regardless of studio affiliation. No special considerations or preferential treatment will be given to dancers based on studio affiliation.

Beginner Level Instruction - Augusta Salsa Club will provide, as possible, beginner level instruction for new dancers.

Collaboration - Augusta Salsa Club may work with local professional studios to provide advanced instruction, so long as Neutrality is maintained.

Zero-Tolerance - The Augusta Salsa Club has zero tolerance for sexual harassment, verbal or physical abuse, and the use of illegal substances.

Education - The Augusta Salsa Club will directly educate, or facilitate eduction, of its members and the community in the various genres, and sub genres, of Latin music and dancing.
